Holiday Deliveries

Please note the following dates for holiday deliveries: 

• Last day to order with standard or free shipping // Dec. 18 
• Last day to order with speedy shipping // Dec. 19 

While we make every effort we can to get your order to you by Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please read on for more information. 

Shipment Tracking Numbers

We will do everything we can to help you get your packages where they need to be for a merry and bright holiday. 

• We pack and ship your order within 24-48 hours. You'll get the tracking number as soon as we print your shipping label.
• Then, we take your package to the post office (or UPS) as soon as possible. (They're not open on Saturday afternoons or Sundays, though, so if you place an order after 8am on a Saturday or a Sunday, it will be shipping out on Monday morning.) 
• Your tracking information is available within 24 hours via USPS.com and UPS.com. 

Shipping Delays

Please understand that Society B cannot be responsible for shipping delays. We cannot control the weather or the volume of deliveries that USPS and UPS are working hard to fulfill. 

The tracking number that we send you provides the extent of the information we have about the status of your delivery. What you see on USPS.com or UPS.com is what we see. If your shipping information appears to be routing your package back to the North Pole and you're convinced that it's lost, please email us 7 days after your order date, and we'll make it right.
