Please understand that Society B cannot be responsible for shipping delays. We cannot control the weather or the volume of deliveries that USPS and UPS are working hard to fulfill.
The tracking number that we send you provides the extent of the information we have about the status of your delivery. What you see on USPS.com or UPS.com is what we see. If your shipping information appears to be routing your package back to the North Pole and you're convinced that it's lost, please email us 7 days after your order date, and we'll make it right.
